Eligibility for Return:

Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/labels attached.Only non-sale and non-customized items are eligible for return.

 Exchange Option:

If you received a defective item, we’ll gladly exchange it based on availability.Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale/discounted itemsCustom printed or personalized productsIf the correct size was delivered as per the order, but doesn’t fit after trial.(We recommend checking the size chart before ordering.)

Return Process:

1. Message us via Facebook or email with your order details.2. Send the item to our return address.3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.

Standard Shipping of 100 Taka on Metropolitan (Dhaka) orders. Free Shipping on orders over 1000 taka. All Outside Dhaka Orders must pay Delivery fee in advance. We ship using Popular delivery partners. Most orders are shipped by the next business day after they are placed. We will send you a shipping confirmation email to your provided email address when all or part of your order is shipped, which will include the tracking number. Domestic orders usually deliver within 2/4 business days. Outside Dhaka orders usually deliver within 3/5 business days.
